The Empire Dining Collection embraces beauty with function. Generous scale, rich detailing and elaborate carvings are present. Graceful legs sweep up from the trestle base to support the dining table and have carving accents on the feet. Fine craftsmanship is portrayed by repetitive egg and dart carvings utilized on each piece in the collection. The Platinum finish was created in a bright silver base and antiquing is done with hand-applied glazing. The finish is further aged by adding stain spatters, markings, burnishing edges and then embellished by tipping the carvings with a warm copper tone to accentuate the details.
